What a great place to stay. Mainly we loved this location; bc it was still so close to Hanalei Bay and Tunnels and Ha'ena; but still with the conveniences of Foodland and Close to Kilauea and reasonably close to Kapa'a. I was so impressed with how clean the pillows on the couch and sofabed and even pouf were. Sometimes, you just don't know what you were getting into! Loved the MCM touches, great furniture. Bed was super comfy - it was so thoughtful that not only did they have great AC in the bedroom which can cool the common area if you leave the door open, but they were thoughtful enough to have a portable AC unit in the closet, which we did not need. Big touches were fancy OXO salt shaker/surfboard (huge time saver for my boyfriend to not have to rent it)/snorkel gear/cooler/beach chairs/carrying rubber tote! Appliances all worked great - so appreciated the washer dryer. Enjoyed the hot tub on our last night and was still plenty of room in it with 1 or 2 other ppl in it.

Sina was friendly and very communicative from the beginning. The house is very beautiful and all my family felt confortable with all the amenities. If we are going back to San Diego, definitily we will back to Casa Leon House. :)

The unit itself was very clean, had all the amenities necessary for our stay + more (beach chairs, snorkel kit, etc). We were able to do laundry and found guest parking every day. The pool was so well kept and was such a treat after a very busy day. Nothing to say! All was great.

When I tell you peaceful, relaxing, yet homey is all I felt in this Airbnb. This location also has so many beaches, Hikes, Foodland (local grocery store), coffee shops, restaurants, food trucks etc. all within 15 minutes. Oh, and it had a washer and dryer, which was such a great bonus since we were constantly doing hikes and beach days. I’m currently in Waikiki wishing I was still in Princeville!!

I stayed here at the end of May for 5 days and loved it! The place was extremely clean, organized and in a nice location. I felt right at home! Sina was great with communication and recommendations! The Air B&B is located right next to the grocery store with a gas station and HANALEI is right down the street! Plenty of food places nearby as well. I can’t wait to come back and stay again! Thanks Sina! You made this trip special.

Sina's place is exactly as described, clean, modern, and perfectly situated in Kauai's north shore. We spent 3 nights at Sina's place and loved our time in Princeville. She was super communicative and gave us clear instructions for check in and check out. She checked in on us ahead of our arrival and even provided us a list of local recommendations to help us plan our honeymoon. Absolutely perfect experience!

Great stay in the gorgeous town of Priceville. Convenient location, easy parking, easy check-in. Sina was very responsive to messages and even offered local recommendations. We loved the coziness of our studio bedroom. The beach items were a plus!

Sins was a great host! The place was as advertised, extremely clean, extra towels, comfy beds (even queen bunk beds). The hot tub was clean as well. Sufficient plates, cups, utensils for my party of five, appliances also worked well. The place was tucked away on a windy road and the back porches (2) had trees surrounding, so it was very peaceful. 20 minutes from Sevierville (great place!) and about 40 minutes from the great smoky mountains! My buddies and I did the Chimney Tops trail which was extremely difficult but so fun. 1.75mi each way and 1500 feet of elevation gain

This was the perfect apartment for our 3 day trip to the north side of Kauai! Sina was incredibly responsive, and even worked with us to get an earlier check in. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and slept well after days spent exploring this beautiful area. Would absolutely stay again!

Moderní a krásné ubytování v příjemné lokalitě! Plně vybaveny apartmán, opravdu luxusní, jak je v popisku :) bazén a vířivka jako třešnička na dortu. Parkování opět v ceně. Sem přijedeme i příště!
