What a great place to stay. Mainly we loved this location; bc it was still so close to Hanalei Bay and Tunnels and Ha'ena; but still with the conveniences of Foodland and Close to Kilauea and reasonably close to Kapa'a. I was so impressed with how clean the pillows on the couch and sofabed and even pouf were. Sometimes, you just don't know what you were getting into! Loved the MCM touches, great furniture. Bed was super comfy - it was so thoughtful that not only did they have great AC in the bedroom which can cool the common area if you leave the door open, but they were thoughtful enough to have a portable AC unit in the closet, which we did not need. Big touches were fancy OXO salt shaker/surfboard (huge time saver for my boyfriend to not have to rent it)/snorkel gear/cooler/beach chairs/carrying rubber tote! Appliances all worked great - so appreciated the washer dryer. Enjoyed the hot tub on our last night and was still plenty of room in it with 1 or 2 other ppl in it.

I stayed here at the end of May for 5 days and loved it! The place was extremely clean, organized and in a nice location. I felt right at home! Sina was great with communication and recommendations! The Air B&B is located right next to the grocery store with a gas station and HANALEI is right down the street! Plenty of food places nearby as well. I can’t wait to come back and stay again! Thanks Sina! You made this trip special.

This was the perfect apartment for our 3 day trip to the north side of Kauai! Sina was incredibly responsive, and even worked with us to get an earlier check in. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and slept well after days spent exploring this beautiful area. Would absolutely stay again!

The listing was a great place in the North Shore! Easy access to Hanalei and the local attractions and restaurants. The beach gear provided was very helpful and a nice touch! Overall the listing made for a great place to rest and rejuvenate in the Hawaiian paradise!

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely incredible; the luxury island home provided the perfect, comfortable escape with its refreshing pool and relaxing hot tub. The AC was a welcome relief after our daily adventures, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect, rejuvenating three-night getaway.

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely incredible. The location alone is hard to beat—nestled in such a beautiful, peaceful area with easy access to beaches, scenic viewpoints, and everything the North Shore of Kauai has to offer. The Airbnb itself was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in right away. We especially appreciated how relaxing it felt after long days of exploring—whether we were out hiking, checking out nearby beaches, or just enjoying the island. The host was great to work with—very responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect home base in Princeville!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sina’s Airbnb. The place was a short drive to shops and restaurants in Hanalei. During our stay, we experienced some problems with the plumbing, and Sina was exceptionally communicative and helped arrange a plumber to come out to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The place was clean and it was so nice that we had scuba gear, boogie boards, chairs available to use. We saved lots of extra $$ by making meals at the home, by not renting beach gear, and not paying for hotel parking. Would highly recommend to any friends/family seeking to visit Kauai.
